In it, we're going to have a look at the syllabus, a quick overview of the Topics on the syllabus, the reading list, some key statutes mentioned and finally we will examine some of the Key terms, including 'crime', 'elements of a crime', 'mens rea', 'actus reus', 'punishment', and 'classifications of crimes'.
